Training
Prior to installation, hotels will receive iBAHN’s easy-to-use Speed Solution training documentation, frequently asked questions and guest troubleshooting tips for use in training hotel staff.
Installation
iBAHN technicians or install contractors perform the Speed Solution installation, which typically takes four to five days. The typical scope of work includes CAT-5 cable runs, dedicated power outlets and space for Internet equipment.
Support
iBAHN provides guest connection instructions and a toll-free technical support number for both guests and hotel staff. If additional assistance is required, iBAHN has technical field personnel in all major markets across the United States – with certified technicians available 24/7.
